BACKGROUND
Health Data Movers (HDM) and Triyam partnered to address Tidelands Health’s data migration and archival needs. The project involved integrating data from three disparate systems into a unified Epic platform while securely archiving all legacy data for easy access within the new system. OUR SUCCESS STORY
The collaboration between HDM and Triyam led to the successful migration of eClinicalWorks, Meditech, and Aria Varian systems into the Epic platform; and data archival into Triyam’s Fovea solution. The project was marked by its thorough planning, execution, and follow-up, which included daily technical meetings and a live status-tracking workbook. This allowed for immediate troubleshooting and adjustments as needed, guaranteeing a seamless transition.
