Executive Leadership Team
Tyler Smith
Tyler Smith is the CEO of Health Data Movers. After seven years as a healthcare IT implementation consultant, installing Epic’s clinical and population health applications at major health systems across the country, Tyler co-founded HDM and led the formation of HDM’s Client Services and Finance & Administration teams before becoming CEO in 2021. Previous to his career in healthcare, Tyler served as a Legislative Correspondent in the US Senate, working directly with the Senate Finance Committee during the passage of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). He is the Membership Chair of New York State HIMSS, as well as a member of CHIME, YPO, and former member of the Board of Health 2.0 Atlanta, and the New York Stem Cell Foundation JLC. Tyler earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History, Magna Cum Laude, at Vanderbilt University and his MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Greg Georgatos
Greg Georgatos is the President of Health Data Movers. With previous experience working at Stanford Health and the VA, Greg co-founded HDM and, in addition to functioning as the “integrator” of the firm, he sits on the Board of Directors. An Army Veteran, Greg received commendation as a Combat Lifesaver and has hands-on medical experience from his years as an EMT. Certified by AMIA 10×10, he earned an Associate degree in Fire Science/Technology from Allan Hancock College and then a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Health Science with a minor in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
Delivery Team
Brandon Camp
Brandon Camp is the VP of Delivery at Health Data Movers. A team leader, his expertise extends to project management, system implementation, risk management, and Epic modules with EpicCare Ambulatory, Epic Hospital Outpatient Departments, Epic Order Transmittal, and Epic Willow Inpatient Certification. Brandon has spent over twenty years in the field elevating patient care and operational effectiveness with a specific focus on streamlining patient logistics and bolstering health outcomes. He is a member of the Northern California HIMSS Chapter and Hospital Capacity Management Consortium. Brandon has Project Management Professional Certification in addition to earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University.
Mehul Malhotra
Mehul Malhotra is a Principle Consultant at Health Data Movers. With 18 years of business experience, Mehul has accumulated expertise in large-scale IT projects, exceeding industry standards, regulatory demands, and machine learning. Mehul obtained multiple Epic certifications, including Bridges, Chronicles Database Programmer, Grand Central, Inpatient Clinical Documentation, and Inpatient Procedure Orders—as well as Cloverleaf Level 1. Mehul earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from McGill University and a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
Laura Howard
Laura Howard is a Technical Project Manager at Health Data Movers. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare IT and over 10 in product and project management, she provides insights into customer support, integration, and workflow optimization, most especially around software. In 2022, Laura was awarded the HDM Engineering Employee of the Year. A Certified Scrum Product Owner with Salesforce Administrator Certification, Laura also has certification in Epic Bridges. Laura earned her Bachelor of Science in Health & Sport Science at the University of Oklahoma and her master’s degree in Business Administration from Mid-America Christian University
Alexander Janssen
Alexander Janssen is a Senior Consultant at Health Data Movers. An expert in data migration, Integration, HIT consulting, and innovation, Alexander brings a combined eight years of technical and professional experience to his consulting work. In addition to his Epic Chronicles database programmer license, EpicCare ambulatory certification, and Epic Bridges Interface certification, Alexander earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin.
Dan Olson
Dan Olson is Lead Engineer at Health Data Movers. With 15 years of experience in the field, Dan has amassed expertise in device integration, mobile and web development, EHR integration, Reporting, database administration, and solution design, as well as the deployment of AI systems and utilization of ML/AI systems. He has years of experience with both PyTorch and React.js and relishes work toward process improvement, device integration, and automation. Dan earned degrees in Mathematics, Physics, and International Relations from Manhattan College.
Steve Newcomb
Steve Newcomb is a Project Manager at Health Data Movers. Steve arrived at HDM after 20 years of military experience in the United States Air Force, winning Employee of the Quarter six times and Financial Analyst of the Year twice while there. He focuses on both project and personal management. In addition to being a Certified Project Management Professional, with an Advanced Project Management Certificate from the University of Utah, Steve is also a member of the California Medical Instrumentation Association (CMIA). He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Services and Support Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Bob Coman
Bob Coman is a Sales Director at Health Data Movers. With over 30 years of cumulative experience in sales and healthcare services at Labcorp, McKesson, Lawson/Infor, and NTT Data, he developed well-honed insights into the market. Bob earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Georgia.
Peter Squire
Peter Squire is an Account Manager at Health Data Movers. Peter draws on 19 years of professional business experience in the health and business fields. Certified in Epic Bridges, he brings his expertise in strategic leadership to his accounts. Peter volunteers on the Communications Committee for the Delaware Valley HIMSS Chapter. Peter earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Commerce from Hampden-Sydney College.
Maroussia Petryk
Maroussia is an Account Manager at Health Data Movers. Maroussia brings five years of comprehensive experience in Healthcare IT, specializing in account management, sales leadership, and recruiting. She applies a proactive problem-solving approach to empower clients in achieving their goals. Maroussia’s expertise spans technical services, staffing, and consulting, delivering tailored solutions to meet diverse healthcare IT needs. Maroussia earned her bachelor’s degree in International Business and Finance at San Diego State University.
Kayla Webb
Kayla Webb is an Account Manager at Health Data Movers. Kayla has 9 years experience working in the staffing and consulting industry, both in IT and Healthcare IT. Her background in sales and recruiting ensures tailored solutions to meet her clients needs. Kayla earned her Bachelor of Science Degree at Louisiana State University.
Hemangi Shah
Hemangi Shah is a HIT Recruiter at Health Data Movers. Hemangi has 10 years of recruiting experience, with specialized knowledge gained through Epic and HIT certification. She prides herself on her ability to drive revenue growth and foster enduring connections. A member of both HIMSS Houston Chapter and SHRM, Hemangi studied at both George Mason University and DePaul University.
Tony Draper
Tony Draper is a HIT Recruiter at Health Data Movers. Tony draws on 10 years of diverse experience in recruiting and sales to refine recruiting staff across all organizational pillars.Throughout his career, he’s achieved such awards as Salesman of the Year (#1 Ranking), Presidents Club Award, High Altitude Award, and a Leadership Focus Award, all while working for a global software company. Tony earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management at the University of North Florida.
Brooke Levin
Brooke Levin is a Marketing Coordinator at Health Data Movers. Brooke has held previous roles leading marketing campaigns and developing marketing strategies. With expertise in data analytics, content marketing, and website creation, Brooke has worked closely with brands such as Marriott and Choice Hotels. Brooke earned her Bachelor of Arts in Enterprise Leadership with Minors in Art and Communications from the University of Iowa.

Ryan Lieberman
Ryan Lieberman is the Director of Finance and Administration at Health Data Movers. Before his work at HDM, Ryan was Director of Financial Operations at Surgical Solutions and worked at Cushman & Wakefield. He draws on this experience to lead financial and operational directives. Ryan is a member of the Board of Trustees for The Cove School. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics at Stanford University.

Ann Marie Beasley
Ann Marie Beasley is a seasoned executive with a deep understanding of the healthcare and technology sectors. With over 25 years of experience, including as Chief Marketing Officer at Allscripts and Vice President, Office of Strategy Management for Symantec, she has honed her expertise in positioning organizations for industry leadership. A change agent and turnaround expert, she builds highly functional teams that leverage best practices in execution to drive results. Ann Marie is currently with Chief Outsiders, where she works with small to medium-sized companies across multiple vertical industries, helping them build and execute their growth engines.
Tom Aikens
Tom Aikens is an Executive Advisor to Healthcare IT Services and Floral Industry organizations. With over 40 years in Healthcare IT leadership at McKesson, MaxIT, and Leidos, he brings extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, Development, Services, and Support. A former US Army Intelligence Communication Specialist, Tom holds an MBA from Webster University and a BS from Marywood College. He enjoys time with family, community involvement, and supporting the Buckeyes, Gators, Browns, and Magic!
Sherrick Murdoff
Sherrick Murdoff is an executive with 30 years of proven success in board leadership, corporate development, investing, M&A and sales for venture-backed SaaS and professional services companies. Sherrick is a Senior Advisor at RLH Equity Partners, a private equity firm that invests in entrepreneurs to help scale distinctive, fast-growing services companies. Previously, Sherrick spent 12 years at Salesforce leading of equity investments in services companies with Salesforce Ventures, involved in more than 80 investments and 45 exits. Sherrick is currently a board member and advisor to multiple private companies, and a pediatric osteosarcoma nonprofit called MIB Agents.
Sherrick began his career as a management consultant for Price Waterhouse, including both technology strategy and implementation projects. He later joined NetDynamics (acquired by Sun) and continued in the software/SaaS space as CEO of Silver Tail Systems (acquired by EMC), and the leadership teams of iRise and Cascadeworks (acquired by Elance).
Sherrick graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) with a B.A. in Economics and Business with a specialization in Computer Science.
Ryan Cassil
Ryan Cassil is a highly accomplished finance executive and is currently the Senior Vice President of Finance at Bolthouse Farms. Previously, he was a Finance Executive at May River Capital, where he led the financial operations and strategic planning for nearly two years. At Tempus Labs, Inc., Ryan excelled as the Head of FP&A, driving financial planning and analysis efforts. His tenure at The Kraft Heinz Company saw him in key leadership roles, including Head of U.S. Logistics Finance and Head of Commercial Finance & Revenue Management for U.S. Sauces, Frozen, & Meals. Ryan holds a BA in Political Science from Brown University.

Alyssa Rapp
Ms. Rapp served as a managing partner at AJR Ventures, a strategic advisory firm for Fortune 500, $500MM+ privately-held companies, and private equity firms on their new business unit/new market development, digital, and e-commerce strategies from 2015 to 2018. Prior to this, Ms. Rapp served as the founder and chief executive officer of Bottlenotes, Inc., the leading interactive media company in the U.S. wine, craft beer, and artisanal spirit industries from 2005 to 2015. Ms. Rapp has been the CEO of Surgical Solutions, a company that offers handling of scopes, repair maintenance management, and access to capital to increase physician satisfaction, since 2018. Ms. Rapp was appointed to serve on the Illinois Housing Development Authority board of directors from 2015 to 2019. Ms. Rapp received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History of Art from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business
Curtis Cole
Dr. Curtis Cole graduated from Bowdoin College in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts and completed pre-med studies at Columbia University 1987-89. Post-graduation from Cornell Medicine in 1994, he completed his residency at New York Presbyterian and Cornell Medical Center. Following his residency, he transitioned into a clinical investigator specializing in medical informatics, which led to Cole assisting in implementing the first enterprise-level electronic medical record system. Cole’s current role is Chief Global Information Officer at Cornell University.
Eric Williams
As the Senior Vice President and Area Manager, Eric focuses on ensuring that Kaiser Permanente is positioned to optimize performance in quality, service, and affordability in the Santa Clara Service Area. Before joining Kaiser Permanente, Eric was at Stanford Health Care for 10 years with increasing levels of responsibility, culminating in his final position as the Vice President of Organ Transplantation & Operations Integration. Eric earned his Master of Health Services Administration at the University of Michigan and his Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration at The Pennsylvania State University.
Monica Gupta
Ms. Gupta has served as Vice President, Global Operations, at DocuSign, a leading e-signature and agreement cloud company, since 2018. Prior to that, Ms. Gupta served as the Associate Chief Information Officer of Stanford Health Care from 2011 through 2017, an internationally recognized academic health system for providing leading-edge acute and specialty care. Before joining Stanford, she held numerous positions at Oracle Corporations (formerly Sun Microsystems), a multinational computer technology corporation, from 1997 through 2009. She has previously served on the Executive Advisory Boards of Intel Corporation and Imprivata. Ms. Gupta received her Bachelor of Arts with honors in Economics and Psychology from Punjab University and Master of Business Administration from California State University. She brings a track record of over two decades of growth, execution, and driving digital transformation at scale.
Brian Battistone
A cofounder of HDM, Brian primarily thinks in ones and zeros. He has spent countless sleepless nights refining HDM’s custom ETL processes to migrate data from legacy applications into Epic. Leveraging his Computer Science and Math degrees, Brian serves on HDM’s Board of Directors and is actively involved with the firm’s Delivery sales processes, particularly around Interoperability and Transplant.
